Alfredo with Pan Fried Chicken
This Chicken Alfredo recipe makes a delicious fettuccine pasta dish with a rich and creamy sauce. I like how simple it is to make. Imagine being able to make your pasta in under 25 minutes. That’s incredible!

12 oz. chicken breast, without bone

1-piece Knorr chicken cube

1 lb. fettuccine

2 cups heavy cream

¾ cup grated parmesan cheese

6 tbsp. softened butter

2 tbsp. parsley chopped

2 tbsp. olive oil

Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine as per the packet steps. Drain water and set it aside. Rub salt pepper over the chicken. Allow it to sit for ten minutes. In a pan, melt 3 tbsp butter. Pour in the olive oil.
- Cook chicken for 3-3½ minutes on each side in a pan. Take the chicken out of the pan. Cut into serving-size pieces. Remove from the equation.
- In the same pan, melt the leftover butter. Pour the heavy cream on top. Stir and bring to a boil. Add Knorr Cube at this point. Along with the chicken, add the Parmesan cheese to the pan.
- Cook for 2 minutes in the oven. Toss in the fettuccine. Toss. Sprinkle black pepper and parsley. Warm the dish before serving. Enjoy and share!
